McGraw-Hill Service Interruption

At 3:16 PM EST (9/10/24) – We are aware of reports regarding potential service degradation impacting Canvas. McGraw-Hill Connect is reporting an issue where some customers are experiencing difficulties launching Integrated Excel questions (within Question Bank assignments). Our team is currently investigating the issue and working towards a swift resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

At 6:22 PM EST (9/10/24) – McGraw-Hill is reporting that they have identified the problem and have implemented a permanent fix. We are pleased to advise you that services for McGraw-Hill Connect have been fully restored.
