At 11:27 AM EST (8/09) – We are aware of reports regarding potential service degradation impacting Canvas. Turnitin is reporting that their Feedback Studio is currently experiencing an unexpected service incident. During this time, instructors may intermittently find that Similarity Reports are stuck processing, or experience issues in downloading a copy of a Similarity Report and/or digital receipt. Users accessing the service via an integration may also be affected.
Our team is currently investigating the issue and working towards a swift resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
At 12:44 PM EST (8/09) – Turnitin is reporting that they have identified the problem and have implemented a permanent fix. We are pleased to advise you that services for the Turnitin Feedback Studio have been fully restored.
