Canvas “Heavy Load; Time Out” Error Message

At 1:15 pm EST (6/12) – We are aware of reports regarding potential service degradation impacting Canvas. Canvas was reporting heavy load times on their servers causing web pages to “time out” and not properly load. Our team is currently investigating the issue and working towards a swift resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

At 2:07 pm EST (6/12) – Canvas is reporting that they have identified the problem and have implemented a permanent fix. We are pleased to advise you that services for Canvas have been fully restored.
