Invalid Credentials Error when Using Canvas

At 4:11 PM EST on 5/29/24 – We are aware of reports regarding potential service degradation impacting Canvas. Canvas is reporting that some users may be encountering an “invalid credentials” error message when attempting to utilize integrations that use user-generated tokens.

Our team is currently investigating the issue and working towards a swift resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We’ll provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

At 4:35 PM EST on 5/29/24 – Canvas is reporting that they have identified the problem and have implemented a permanent fix. We are pleased to advise you that services for Canvas have been fully restored.
