Status report

Canvas Service Degradation

As of 1:00 PM EST on 4/05/24, Canvas is currently experiencing a degradation of services. Canvas’s parent company, Instructure, is investigating the issue, and UNF is closely monitoring the situation. An update will be sent when the issue has been resolved. The IT Service Status page will provide the current status of any service degradation and its resolution.

As of 1:30 PM EST on 4/05/24, Canvas is reporting that an issue has been identified, a fix is being implemented, and that the incident has been resolved. While we are still monitoring the results, services on Canvas are fully operational. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the UNF Help Desk if you are a student or the OLS Team at CIRT if a faculty member.
