UPDATE 1:00PM EST: Some Canvas users are intermittently experiencing long-load times and/or error messages that relate to Canvas being “under heavy load.” CIRT and ITS are aware of the issue and are working with Instructure to resolve the issue. This page will be regularly updated with the most up-to-date status concerning this issue.

UPDATE 9:00AM EST: Between 8:45am and 9am on 5/12/23, some users may have experienced slow load times or trouble accessing Canvas altogether. ITS worked with Instructure to resolve the issue; however, if you are still experiencing problems with Canvas, please do let us know at cirtlab@unf.edu.
