Qualtrics Email Notification Change

What is happening?  

Qualtrics is making changes to email notifications. After February 18, 2023, legacy email notifications will no longer work and will return an error.  

Who is impacted?   

All faculty, staff, and students who have a survey that sends an email notification when someone completes it. 

Instructions to Check Your Surveys: 

If you have a survey that sends an email notification when someone completes it, you need to check to ensure that it is set up correctly to work with the new feature. Visit our Changes to Email Notifications support article for instructions on how to check if your survey is affected. 

Contact cirtlab@unf.edu with any questions or help you may need with updating your Qualtrics email notifications.
