Canvas Experiencing Slowness and Error Messages

At 2:07PM EST – Canvas Support is reporting that users in the US region are experiencing “slowness and errors” when accessing Canvas. CIRT is aware of this issue and Canvas Support is working to resolve it. The IT Service Status page will provide the current status of any service interruptions.

At 4:09PM EST – Canvas Support is reporting that the issue has been resolved and Canvas is fully operational.
