Canvas Phone Support Unavailable for Some Users

Some users are unable to reach out to the Instructure/Canvas support team via phone. Chat and email support to Instructure is still available. Instructure is aware of the issue and is posting their own status updates here.

Note that this issue only affects users calling into Instructure/Canvas support.
CIRT and ITS support at UNF is unaffected.
